This is Arrow, a backup system that uses strong hashing and error
correction to provide a versioned, deduplicating, error-detecting and
correcting archival storage system.

Arrow is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 3. See
the file `COPYING' in this directory for more info.

Note that the rslib code is NOT available yet. It was written by
someone else, and I don't yet have permission to publish it.
